CoFounder + Chief Experience Officer
Sam has been working with Technology & Talent across Canada for the past 12 years. He started his career in technology recruitment in Toronto where he connected hundreds of Technology professionals with suitable projects and careers within fortune 500 organizations across Canada.
For the past 7 years as the national training manager for Eagle Professional Resources, Sam has been solely focusing on training and talent development, utilizing his extensive industry experience. Developing and delivering content ranging from Technology (CRM, SDLC/ITIL concepts), Sales (Market research, sales funnel, Business Development, Cold Calling), Customer Service, Recruitment Life Cycle (Headhunting, ATS, Interviewing).
Sam is also a Instructor at George Brown College where he teaches courses under Instructing Adults Certificate program. A certificate that he himself has completed in the past. He facilitates Delivering Training (Train the Trainer) as well a Trends in Training courses in the evenings.

Rod is a Sales Training Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. With over 20 years of experience developing Sales leaders in the Retail industry.
He is an award winning leader with extensive experience in Operations Management, Mentoring, Coaching, Sales, and Leadership.
Heather Storey, CRP
CoFounder + Chief Appreciation Officer
At 7 years of age, Heather experienced her first taste of appreciation outside of her family when she received a thank you letter from the Prime Minister of Canada's wife.
As her career unfolded throughout the Legal, Sales, Direct Sales and Financial professions, she never let go of the significant impact meaningful appreciation has both personally and in the workplace.
After completing her BA at The University of Western, Ontario (Western University) she continued her education at Seneca College in the Paralegal field. After 10 years working for litigators, she literally cooked her way into the sales world and spent the next 18 years, selling, training, coaching, recruiting designing recognition and training programs and facilitating. Her love of learning, led her to be certified as a Recognition Professional (CRP) through Recognition Professionals International, earn her Instructing Adults Certificate through George Brown College and become a Certified Facilitator of “The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the workplace.”
Today her mission is to support leaders and their teams by connecting and empowering them through experiential learning, providing the tools to use meaningful appreciation for engagement leading to increased productivity and lasting successful cultures.
Heather lives in downtown Toronto with her husband Simon, also an educator. They have two adult millenials, their son Tom and daughter Megan and are enjoying their first grand-puppy.
Fun Fact: Friday nights you can usually find Heather and her husband taking part in a Yin Yoga class followed by buttermilk friend chicken and a beverage with their friends at their local pub.
